Well, I hadn't planned on making Part 2 until the weekend, but a surprise trip has been sprung on me and I'm off for nearly two weeks camping, so I thought I'd better get it done and online. If you're working on your own files but having some concerns this next tutorial will help you fix the most common problem: original image line gaps. They're easy to fix. If you're interested in GIMP, please visit http://www.gimp.org/ but any graphic editing software will work, including Windows Paint. I hope you find it helpful, while I'm off in the Black Hills finding more reasons to scrap. I hope there's some nice LSS on the way....
Great tutorials! I hope you will do more on inkscape.
ReplyDeleteI haven't watched the tutorials yet, but I wanted to thank you for the precious moments files. I love precious moments.

You do one of the best and easiest to follow tutorials I seen. Keep them coming! Excellent reference when setting up for cuts. Your precious cuts are adorable. Thank you for sharing you work.
ReplyDeleteI am not able to open your files in SCAL. I don't know why... would you be able to help me? Thank you. non2@sbcglobal.net
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for this. I just got SCAL but haven't had a chance to skit down and give Inkscape a good play. This is SOOOOOOOOO beneficial to know! I already "fix" images in my graphics program but I'm glad to learn how to pull them apart in Inkscape....there is obviously a LOT more to this program than I've used it for and I'm now excited to learn more.
ReplyDeleteTHANKS AGAIN!!! I was having this issue and no I don't!!!
